This interactive Group Coaching Program is designed to build awareness around your stress patterns and start creating your personalized wellbeing goals. Led by unBurnt® Founder, Alison Campbell, you’ll be grouped with like-minded women, learn foundational micro-habit practices, gain an understanding of the impact of chronic stress, and build your toolkit to overcome the blockers holding you back as set intentions and build your plan.

  • 4 Virtual 50-minute group coaching sessions

    • Week 1: Set Intentions + overview of unBurnt framework

    • Week 2: unBurnt categories for stress-reset + learn associated micro-habits

    • Week 3: Identify potential blockers, and set strategy to overcome

    • Week 4: Closing workshop to build your 12-month WellPlan

  • In addition you’ll get:

    • Self-discovery assessment & goal setting worksheets

    • 1:1 check-in with Alison, 3-months after last session

    • 3-month FREE access to unBurnt Slack community

  • Creating a safe environment. I’m committed to providing a safe and protected environment for you to do the inner work. Individually, and as a group. Everything is held as private and strictly confidential.

  • Honesty and integrity is at the core of everything I do. I will always be transparent, and provide my honest opinions (though ultimately you will will decide what’s right for you). I also commit to being honest if there are areas outside of my coaching scope, and will do my best to refer you to someone else.

  • Committed and in your corner. I’ll be a positive advocate for your personal and professional growth, supporting your journey and cheering you on every step of the way. Outside of our scheduled sessions, I’m reachable by email for questions & support.

  • Open and vulnerable. I will share my own personal experiences to contextualize parts of the coaching methods and support your inner work. In doing so, I hope it’s helpful and ask that you protect my privacy and confidentiality with anything I share.

  • Holistic wellness is at the core of our work together. We’ll dig into micro-learning and through the process you’ll build your well-plan using a variety of integrated wellness principles.

  • Giving back. Every group coaching engagement is designed to find a small way to pay it forward. Through donating time or finding another way to bring advocacy to a deserving cause, we’ll identify a ‘giving back’ element that the group can commit to.
