  • Build your Action plan, including 12-month commitments

  • Recorded and sent after each session

  • 15-minute 1:1 check-in 3-months after last session

My coaching principles & values.

  • Creating a safe environment. I commit to providing a safe and protected environment for you to do the inner work. Individually, and as a group. Everything is held as private and strictly confidential.

  • Honesty and integrity is at the core of everything I do. I will always be transparent, and provide my honest opinions (though ultimately you will will decide what’s right for you). I also commit to being honest if there are areas outside of my coaching scope, and will do my best to refer you to someone else.

  • Committed and in your corner. I’ll be a positive advocate for your personal and professional growth, supporting your journey and cheering you on every step of the way. Outside of our scheduled sessions, I’m reachable by email for questions & support.

  • Open and vulnerable. I will share my own personal experiences to contextualize parts of the coaching methods and support your inner work. In doing so, I hope it’s helpful and ask that you protect my privacy and confidentiality with anything I share.

  • Holistic wellness is at the core of our work together. We’ll dig into micro-learning and through the process you’ll build your well-plan using a variety of integrated wellness principles.

  • Giving back. Every group coaching engagement is designed to find a small way to pay it forward. Through donating time or finding another way to bring advocacy to a deserving cause, we’ll identify a ‘giving back’ element that the group can commit to.

My goal is to support each group on a journey of self-discovery and community, and to create a plan you’ll be energized to commit to.
