When employees feel the pressure to always be on stress levels rise, leading to exhaustion, disengagement, and higher levels of turnover.
Research shows that 28% of workers can’t switch off mentally, due to always-on work cultures (Mao, Raju, Zabidi).

Delivering burnout prevention & employee wellbeing solutions.
All my life, I hustled to prove my worth.
Like so many, I got the messages from early childhood that I could do it all. And I believed it.
The problem?
I held myself to unsustainable standards while working in overdrive to keep it all together. I worked up the corporate ladder until I was an Executive as a successful tech company.
I ignored my own wellbeing for too long until I found myself completely burnt out.
An emergency room visit and a surgery later, I finally had the I courage (and the proof) that enough was enough. The way I was working, was, well… not working.
Now, I’m on a mission to change the way the world perceives burnout and to help companies evolve as our modern workplace grapples with AI, new ways of working and lots of disruption.
With a deep understanding of the challenges faced by professionals in fast-moving organizations, unBurnt programming brings practical approaches to help employees and teams thrive.
I fundamentally believe there are real opportunities to reshape how we approach work.
Better outcomes. Less stress. Let’s get to work.

Behind the scenes…
I got to witness Alison’s work in action inside of The Brave Business Bridge for our monthly expert mentor session. And ever since then it feels like I can look at myself in the mirror, for the very first time, without guilt. I am not broken. I am not failing. I am recovering.
From compounded years of burnout that I told myself was resilience. From surviving one trauma to the next everywhere I turned. From not listening to my body. And just as long as it took to hit burnout... it's going to take just as long to heal.
