Hi, I’m Alison.
Over the last 20 years, I grew my career across Finance, Home Shopping, Ecommerce and HRTech. My last corporate role was the Chief of Staff to the CEO & Head of Analytics of a $1B global company.
But after a lifetime hustling and 3+ years into working and traveling during the pandemic, I completely burned out.
A trip to the ER and a surgery later, I was questioning everything.
Now as a Certified Health & Wellness Coach, I’m helping people recover from chronic-stress and implement wellbeing solutions to work and live more holistically.
I fundamentally believe there are real opportunities to reshape how we approach work.
Better outcomes, less stress.

My coaching principles & values.
Creating a safe environment. I commit to providing a safe and protected environment for you to do the inner work. Everything is held as private and strictly confidential.
Honesty and integrity is at the core of everything I do. I will always be transparent, and provide my honest opinions (though ultimately you will will decide what’s right for you). I also commit to being honest if there are areas outside of my coaching scope, and will do my best to refer you to someone else.
Committed and in your corner. I’ll be a positive advocate for your personal and professional growth, supporting your journey and cheering you on every step of the way. Outside of our scheduled sessions, I’ll be available for texts between sessions for extra boosts.
Open and vulnerable. I will share my own personal experiences to contextualize parts of the coaching methods and support your inner work. In doing so, I hope it’s helpful and ask that you protect my privacy and confidentiality with anything I share.
Holistic wellness is at the core of our work together. In auditing your current state and the goals you have for our engagement, I’ll help cultivate a personalized plan using a variety of integrated wellness coaching techniques, and offer guidance with additional wellness resources to support you, even beyond our time together.
Giving back. Every coaching engagement is designed to find a small way to pay it forward. Through donating time or finding another way to support advocacy in something that matters to you, we’ll identify a ‘giving back’ element that we both will commit to.
