For almost 20 years, I grew my career across Finance, Home Shopping, Ecommerce and HRTech. I followed the rules and checked the boxes.

My last corporate role was the Chief of Staff to the CEO & Head of Analytics of a $1B global company.

But after a lifetime hustling and 3+ years into working and traveling during the pandemic, I found myself completely burnt out and unwell.

A trip to the ER and surgery was the wake call to (finally) question everything.

Now, I’m building solutions to meet an urgent need in what continues to be a global challenge and growing epidemic.

I fundamentally believe there are real opportunities to reshape how we approach work.
